Mid Come Join HII! Where Hard Stuff is Done Right! HII Unmanned Systems has an exciting opportunity to join our Cybersecurity Group. We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst. This role will act as the Information System Security Officer for our new classified network, will get to run security scans on our unmanned vehicles, work with our software engineers to help build out simulation labs with security in mind, and help manage the unmanned engineering assets. The candidate will get to experience all aspects of cybersecurity and work collaboratively with other technical domain subject matter experts (electronics, software, mechanical, etc.), to develop and validate technical solutions and processes that enable our teams to meet their mission objectives. Essential Job Responsibilities Designs, tests, and implements state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products. Conducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design. Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. Uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research. May prepare security reports to regulatory agencies. Minimum Qualifications DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAM Level II Experience with cryptography requirements and operations. Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field, 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field, 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field, High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years; relevant experience #LI-MH1 AI CI Preferred Requirements Experience with Risk Management Framework activities Experience with certification and accreditation of national security systems Knowledge of NIST and DoD security publications and guidance Physical Requirements Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of a Systems Analyst discipline.
